At Monak Mods, every watch is assembled individually to order. Because each piece is built specifically for the customer who ordered it, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our work and will always resolve any issue that is our responsibility.
When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The watch arrives with a manufacturing defect — movement failure, assembly issue, or structural fault not caused by external impact
- The watch arrives damaged due to shipping
- The wrong item was sent
- The product does not match the description or specifications shown at the time of purchase
In all of the above cases, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever is most appropriate for your situation.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Damage caused by impact, drops, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or marks from everyday use
- Water or moisture damage beyond the product's specified limits
- Damage resulting from unauthorized opening, modification, or third-party repair
How to Request a Return
If you believe your return falls within the accepted cases above, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To open a return request, please provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the defect or damage
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days with a decision and instructions on how to proceed. We aim to be fast, clear, and fair.
Shipping Costs
If the return is accepted due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, Monak Mods will cover all shipping costs — both for returning the item to us and for sending the replacement or repaired watch back to you.
If, after inspection, the issue is found not to be covered under our returns policy, we will inform you before taking any further steps. In that case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you paid via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the refund timeline may vary slightly depending on the platform.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't been received within the expected timeframe, please contact us at help@monakmods.com with your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We'll investigate with the carrier and offer you a solution as quickly as possible.
Changes to This Policy
Monak Mods reserves the right to update this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any such changes.
