At Monak Mods, we are committed to delivering watches that are carefully assembled and reviewed before shipping. This policy describes both the legal warranty applicable under European consumer protection law and the additional protections we voluntarily extend to all our customers, regardless of where they are located.
2-Year Warranty — What's Covered
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 on contracts for the sale of goods, all products sold by Monak Mods to consumers in the European Union are covered by a 2-year legal conformity guarantee from the date of delivery.
We voluntarily extend this same 2-year warranty to all customers worldwide, including those in the United States. If your product presents a manufacturing defect — meaning it does not match the description, does not meet the advertised specifications, or shows a fault arising from how it was assembled — you are entitled to:
- Free repair or replacement of the product, or
- A price reduction or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time
For EU customers, this legal guarantee is an irrevocable consumer right and cannot be limited by any commercial condition.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by impact, drops, or misuse of the product
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, discoloration, or marks from everyday use
- Water or moisture damage beyond the limits specified for the product
- Damage resulting from unauthorized opening, modification, or repair by the customer or a third party
- Issues arising from improper or absent maintenance
- Damage caused by external factors unrelated to the manufacturing process

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your watch has a defect covered by this policy, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To open a claim, please provide:
- Your original proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 3 business days to let you know whether it's covered and what the next steps are. We aim to be fast, clear, and fair at every step.
Shipping Costs
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue covered by this warranty, Monak Mods will cover all shipping costs — both for returning the item to us and for sending the repaired or replaced watch back to you.
If, after inspection, the issue is found not to be covered by the warranty, we will inform you before taking any further steps. In that case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Monak Mods' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or excluded by contract.
Changes to This Policy
Monak Mods reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any such changes.
