The assembly and sale of custom watches of this kind is a fully legal activity in the European Union and in the United States, carried out with complete transparency toward the consumer.
2. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the necessary consent to make purchases on this site.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to transmit any malicious or fraudulent content. Violation of these conditions may result in immediate cancellation of your order and access to our services.
3. Products and Orders
All Monak Mods watches are assembled individually to order. Each product is prepared specifically for the customer who purchases it. Because of this, orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
We do our best to display accurate images, colors, and product specifications. However, the appearance of products on your screen may vary depending on your device settings.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, component availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on this site are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through the payment platforms integrated into our store. Monak Mods does not store any financial data. All payment information is handled directly by our authorized payment providers, which are PCI DSS certified.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines and delivery conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy, available on this site. By placing an order, you agree to those conditions.
For orders shipped to the United States, we offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we do everything we can to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees.
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Warranty
Because all our products are assembled individually to order, the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of that Directive.
However, we voluntarily offer the following protections to all customers, including those in the United States:
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described
- Full refund or replacement for any confirmed manufacturing defect
- Full refund if the wrong item is shipped
