How We Work
Monak Mods does not work with mass production or pre-built inventory. Every watch is assembled individually to order, following a careful process of assembly, review, and quality control before it ships. This is what allows us to maintain the level of detail and quality we're proud of.
Production Time
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your watch. Each piece is assembled by hand using the specific components selected for that model.
This process takes approximately up to 3 business days, during which the watch is carefully put together to ensure every component is correctly installed and functioning as it should.
Quality Control
Once assembly is complete, every watch goes through a thorough quality control inspection before it leaves our hands. This includes:
- Verifying correct movement function
- Checking alignment and condition of all components
- Inspecting the case, crystal, and finishing
- A final visual quality check before packaging
This step takes between 1 and 2 business days, as each watch is inspected individually before being prepared for shipment.
Shipping and Delivery
Once production and quality control are complete, your order is packaged and handed over to our shipping partner.
Estimated transit time to the United States is approximately 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier service used.
The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 7 business days.
Because every watch is assembled individually, preparation times may vary slightly depending on current order volume and the handcrafted nature of our process. We'll always keep you informed if anything changes.
A Note on Timelines
The shipping times above are estimates based on normal operating conditions. In some cases, external factors such as peak demand periods, logistics delays, or customs processing may affect delivery time.
Monak Mods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please reach out — we'll do everything we can to help track it down and resolve the situation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Monak Mods is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, contact us immediately at help@monakmods.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
Customs and Import
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties are not typically applicable for personal imports of this value. However, in rare cases, local customs authorities may apply fees at their discretion. Any such charges would be the responsibility of the customer.
